[Terms of Service]

The important stuff. Yay.

- My work should NEVER be used for commercial means (ie, selling prints, shirts/other clothing, posters, etc with my art on it). Any merchandise featuring my art is STOLEN and should be REMOVED. Commissioned art is included in this.
- Do not use my art to train AI.
- Do not use my art for anything related to NFTs or cryptocurrency.
- Do not claim commissioned art or designs as your own work. Always trace credit back to me.
- Commissioned art may be reposted/uploaded wherever as long as proper credit is given! (Would prefer credits be linked back to my Toyhou.se!)
- If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, you will be offered a full refund. If YOU cancel the commission, partial refunds will be offered (If commission is still in the sketch stage, full refund may be available, depending on complexity of the sketch)
- Ghosting will result in a permanent blacklist from commissioning or buying from me in the future. Just lmk if something comes up !!
- Any reason for slow turnaround times will be disclosed to you prior to payment being sent.
- I require that payment is sent before or after I send the initial sketch. Progress will be paused until payment is sent. This includes requested edits to the initial sketch.
- I accept payment from PayPal and Venmo
- If pose/expression is not specified, you are giving me artistic freedom. Edits may be requested at any time during the commission process. I may be unable to do some poses.
- I may use any commission in the future for example or portfolio purposes.
- I do not work on strict deadlines!
- If you own a design by me, you can do whatever you please with it as long as OG creator credit is given. DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS TO PROMOTE HATE SPEECH OR BEHAVE IN A BIGOTED MANNER.
- If you are trading a design by me off-site, I request that you transfer it's toyhou.se profile back to me for record-keeping purposes. I will never claim the character as my own & it will go into a hidden folder for safe keeping. This is not a requirement, but I'd like it for record-keeping purposes.
- If you haven't heard anything back from me in 2 weeks, send me a message asking for updates! Do NOT spam me!
